Default Kenwood 690hd - good for a Bose car??

Buddy of mine is removing a Kenwood 690hd from his car before trading it in.

My car is a 2006 with factory Nav and Bose. Is the Kenwood compatible with my car??

Tx

yeah, it will work. you'll just need the harness and module to make it work with the nose and the trim ring. If your friend has bose too then he should have all that stuff. if not, you can get it from Crutchfield.

Bose. auto correct. the trim ring is the piece of plastic that surrounds the head unit and fills the gap because the new head unit is smaller than the stock one.
