Default Radio volume ****

Some times when adjusting the volume a small movement of the **** will increase the sound alot. Other times you can spin the **** and get little or no change in sound level. Ideas? This is on our 2006 vert. No nav, 6 cd player.

The **** is just a sensor, it's not actually turning a physical potentiometer or anything. I think at times the processor is just busy or wanting you to give it some other input and is ignoring the ****.
