The Franklin Mint
I have a couple of Franklin Mint Corvettes and they are built very well. I am wondering did the Franklin Mint ever build a 4th gen Camaro? I cannot seem to find anything that looks nice. Thanx for any help.

I received my Franklin Mint 2008 Indy Pace car today, they do real nice work. If they only made a Gen IV Camaro.

Both Franklin Mint and Danbury Mint have or are in the process of exiting the diecast car arena, so if your Camaro hasn't been made already it likely won't be. Perhaps a better source of info might be a Camaro forum.

I looked on Tech but they don't have a Die Cast section. I was hoping someone here would know.

AMT/Ertl did plastic dealer promo models, of the 93-94-95 Camaro coupe, including the Pace Car. They also did convertible versions of the 95-96 Camaro. These were plastic, and didn't have opening doors or hood, like a Franklin Mint model. The Camaro promo models can be found for less than $20.
Ertl also did a diecast 1/18th scale 96 Camaro convertible, through their old "American Muscle" line. The convertible was available in red, dark green, and in white with hugger orange stripes. The 1/18 Camaros did feature opening doors and hood, and were fairly well detailed. They sell for $20-40.

If you are looking for highly detailed models in 1/32 scale look at Fly, Slot-It, Auto Art or Scalectrix slot cars. Get some track to display them or leave them in the crystal case.
just an example but once to get to collecting them you will wish you stayed with the 1/1 full scale.
