How do you transfer GM Card reward $$ to someone else?

There are a number of posts on this forum and others on how to do this:

You negotiate a deal for a new GM vehicle (I don't think it works with GM Supplier pricing or GM Family discounts). Depending on the card (mine does), there are redemption award limits so it usually works better on higher priced vehicles. Do not tell them that you have GM Card because until you have finalized the price because they try to use that info against you and it is simply counted as a down payment. You get added to the card as an authorized user. This takes at least 24 hours to complete.

You pay the card holder via Paypal gift.

Cardholder calls the dealership and gives them the appropriate information they need to verify you are on the card. The dealership uses this info and applies the $ toward the downpayment on your new vehicle.

I have about $2700 in GM reward points for sale for $1350 if you are interested.
