I added photos to the first post in response to several PM's.

I have redacted the serial number of the certificate to protect its value, but the rest is as you see it. There is no expiration listed, and the fact that the certificate is not executed to an individual will allow it to be transferred

I received a PM from Spring Mountain confirming the certificate's applicability, but clarifying that it must be used on non-discounted schools. This means the C7 Corvette school is excluded.

I have updated the original post. I hope the certificate finds a good home

Yes, from everything I have been told that the only exclusion is for any discounted program, such as the GM c7 program which is discounted with the purchase of a c7 from the factory
