1 charger. 2 XRP batteries. 1 new never used, 1 has about 10-12 charge cycles on it. Light scratches on each side from laying the tool down on the asphalt. Plenty of torque, mainly used for lug nuts but it has also removed axle nuts and crank pulley bolts. Trading this tool for one that takes the same batteries as all my other tools. $190 plus shipping.
