I hope Paul Tracy does not read that! He might get some ideas.

Maybe the Internet has jaded me, but this article seems to be a bit of "piling on." As racing news goes, this is so old "died of old age" doesn't even begin to describe it.

As a feature article goes, if they're going to pound MS for one corner during qualifying, what do they have to say about Senna ensuring his championship (can't remember the year) by ramming the #2 points guy off the course (taking himself out as well)? No penalties handed out there, IIRC.

And as far as Ferrari getting the "green" rub of the rules, that sure wasn't the case when MS and his crew were at Benneton.

I think MS is getting a bit desperate: that qualifying stunt was plain stupid, and throwing away 4-5 points in Hungary was dumb. He knew Alonso was out; he should have let (Trulli?) go; 4th place would have been a lot better than 8th (which was a true gift).

I love the F1 debates on this forum!

Have a good one,
Mike
