Race Tire Trailer Drawbar
does any use the harbor freight utility trailer to haul your race tires with a c5? if so, what amount of drop do you need in the drawbar for the hitch? thanks.

Even though the HF Trailer is small and lightweight, you should still try to keep the trailer level when towing it. Tongue weight should be 10% of the total weight of the trailer and whatever you load on it.
Once you have the hitch mounted on the car, park the trailer behind it and level the trailer using blocks under the tongue. Measure from the underside of the coupler (where the ball will slip in) to the ground.
Mount the ball on the receiver bar and attach it to the car. Measure from the top of the ball to the ground. The difference in the two measurements will be what you need to change on the receiver bar. Hitch ***** can be had in different heights so you could make up any small difference with a taller or shorter ball.
