C6 Z51 Stock-sized [2pc] Replacement Rotors
http://www.racingbrake.com/CHEVROLET_s/2470.htm
These folks have come up with two-piece rotors for the C6 Z51 (and C6 Z06). They don't look as nice as the C6Z Hardbar rotors, but for those of us with C6 Z51 cars they look like a viable alternative if you don't drop to base-sized brakes.

I didn't say cheap, I said stock-sized. ;-) In the grand scheme of 2-pc rotors they seem competitively priced, so if you want to lose some weight out at the corners they may be a good option.
I'm sure somebody will dig up the thread where they go on and on about Hawk pads, etc. :-)

how do you know they are lighter? What is rotor replacement cost? 2-4 week availability also sounds bad if you need replacements.

I think that if you can't save weight, or have some other performance advantage, stay with the cheap stock rotors. This is especially true with a radial mount caliper like the Wilwood where removing the caliper is a 1 minute job so swapping rotors is easy. I decided to do the C6Z rotors because the stock replacements are 26 pounds (versus our 16 pounds), have the incredibly stupid holes, and are only available in LH version.

Looks like replacement fasteners are $25/corner. I don't see the replacement rotor ring listed on their site, but the Viper's 330x32 ring is $169.96.
