The way I read it, the event will be just Champ Car and ALMS, no IRL cars. That's kind of dumb in my opinion, it kind of takes away a weekend from us.
I kind of liked it as separate events, I guess they figure one big crowd over 2 smaller ones.

I seriously doubt that the IRL will team up with CCWS for Road America.
Combining CCWS and ALMS has got to suck for the locals and it's not going to make getting a room for the weekend any easier either. I wonder how far in advance I would need to book a room so I don't end up staying in Milwaukee?
