Default Hotchkiss bars set up help

I've picked up a set of Hotchkiss sway bars, and I've noticed that they have 3 holes to mount the end links. I'm hoping that some one out there is using the same combination I have to let me know which hole they are using.
My set-up is as follows: 2002 coupe with stock springs, Bilstein Sports, Z06 wheels with 305/30/18 Nitto 555 RII rears, and 275/40/17 Nitto 555 RII fronts.
Question is: Which hole on the rear bar are you using? I know that changing the hole position changes the stiffness, so I'm assuming that can be used to adjust for over/understear.

Thanks

Looks like I could be on my own here. I should be able to get this sorted out on the 23rd when I do a full track day at the Autobahn.

Your right. Everybody has a different setup and driving style. Experiment at the track. It's real easy to do.

You're right. I'll just start with the link mounted in the middle hole. Figure out if I understeer or oversteer, and adjust accordingly.

Snidley,

I have the Hotchkiss bars with R2's on my Z06, but I have 285's on 18x10.5 fronts/ same 305 rears. I started in the middle position with my rear bar. I did a track day and although the rear didn't feel loose, the front felt totally planted the whole time. I switched to the inboard holes(softer) and it balanced the car much better. My lap times dropped a bunch. The car will sometimes get a little push, sometimes a little rear slide depending on how aggressive I am on the gas. Besides the tires, your alignment will affect how your car sticks or slides. I have front -1.3 camber, +7.0 castor, 0.00 toe front/ -1.0 camber, -.05 toe rear. I run my tires at 38 psi hot, usually start at about 32ish and they go up to 38.

Good luck.

Thanks, Dog.
That should help. Sounds likd I should start with the softest setting. My alignment is not as aggressive as yours, so I'll see how that works.

I think the inboard holes make the bar stiffer. The outboard holes would let the bar flex more.

I haven't read the instruction sheet that came with the bars. I'll be sure to use the softest setting.

Thanks,
Steve
