what is best to do:
chnage oil?
battery tender?
leave windows cracked or open?
put car up on jack stands?
change brake fluid?
full tank of gas?
anything else?

But I would change the brake fluid before the first drive next year if you don't do it know. The reason I say that is to get any moisture out of the line that has collected or may collect from just sitting. Just what I do.

In addition, add some fuel stabilizer like SeaFoam to your full tank of gas and run it through the engine before you shut it off.
Always keep your windows shut. You do not want mice inside your car. Believe me...
