Default 2 drivers, vastly different heights

My fiance and I both autocross my 2003 vert. After installing a Corbeau Forza seat and manual slider today, I find the forward-most seat position is perfect for me, but she can barely even touch the pedals. Has anyone else run into this and how did you get around it? I really hate the stock sport seats on the track, and my 5pt belts are going to tear them to shreds before long anyway. Is there anything off the shelf available or do we just have to start fabricating cushions(phonebooks?) I'm sure this has to have come up for somebody around here.

TIA
