Yes, the Corvette episode is new. According to the show's production website (Gemini Pictures), 3 new VBD episodes have been produced, Lotus, Ford and Corvette. The Lotus episode ran on SPEED last year. Apparantly SPEED has distribution rights for VBD in North America but has not made the new episodes available on DVD.

If anyone has noticed, it seems like the original VBD website only has remaining copies of Maserati available.
I was just watching a few auctions on ebay for the dvds and those have all recently disappeared - even though the seller was based in the UK.
Thank you for the info though. I will email Speedvision.
