Just saw prices - $7-9M per lot! Pretty good ROI for swamp land.

Holy Titanium Exhausts, Batman!

I just saw they had a Zen Spa! That's the closer for me! Hell, we've been looking for one of those here at the Big Pine Key Mobile Home Park & Retirement Village for years! We had to finally settle for one of those plastic kid's pools with a lawn sprinkler floating in the middle.

You can bet I'm dragging the Clayton doublewide right on down there and joining up today!

Hell, they've even got a gated entrance, that'll sure as hell keep my
no-account relatives out. Hmmmm.....I wonder if we take turns on guard duty each night? Reckon they'll let us carry guns?

Where do I sign up, Phil?

Other than Phil Hill, have any of you ever heard of any of the "team"

btw, I'm sure the golfers and horses are going to love the sound of race engines and aircraft buzzing around!

**just saw, 4.5mile track. Isn't that even bigger than the ultra-mega-ludicrous-north-south-east-west course at VIR that no one has ever driven?

Interesting... the lack of info on "location"... same as the others !!!

Oh & Falcon,

if you ain't got a gun... they will loan you one...

when entering any of the better... "Mobile Home Parks"...

down here.

Retirement homes for racers.

With all the advances in safety and purses, more of
them may be around and able to pay?

I've driven it and like it cause I have no HP (see name) so the Grand East course gives me all the fun stuff (climbing esses, Stevie Wonders etc) and cuts off the straight that does me no good on full. It does cut down the number of laps though and I may have a different opinion if I had 405HP like you all.

I hope it comes to pass, but I was wondering too about the proximity to the noise the horses and tranquil pastoril life will be

Yea, but I place them tastefully around the yard.

Maybe you should expand your trailer park into a race track?
