I sold the Junkyard Dog in August as soon as I got back. I moved the family and everything else to AZ. Still own a home in NC so I still have some ties back there.
I have talked to Tex a lot.
I'm leaving again in Jan for another 7 months. Not by choice, but by direction.
I hope your feeling better.

Mike is working on getting additional photos of his car and
trailer together while he regains his strength and health.

As soon as these are available, they'll go up on the link.
In the meantime, post or get in touch with him to ask any
questions about his car or trailer.

Incidently, many here among the C4 crowd may know Mike
as a result of using his billet throttle pedal bracket to solve
the breakage problems encountered with the plastic OEM
unit. I believe that R-D Racing used to distribute Mike's
billet bracket.

Thanks Ken,

We took more pictures on Sunday, The wife and I put the car on the lift. Then the battery in my Digital Camera died, I ordered several batteries on ebay, as soon as I receive the new batteries I will get them to you.

And yes, Ken is correct, I designed and had the billet gas pedal mount fabricated.

For those that don't know, I am recovering from Brain Cancer surgery, if all goes OK, I will get the OK to go back to work within the next several weeks. As a side note, if I go bak to work befofre the car sells, it will not be for sale.

We are going to Savannah GA. this coming weekend to watch and work as we can, then the following weekend to Huntsville AL. to watch the 14 event weekend.

Thanks Steven for the nice words on the mount, it was a lot of work to get it just right. Like the instructions say, GM screwed the C-4 buyers on this item, it is as cheap a part as they could have designed, if I would have had their resourses I could have made a production part that would have lasted.

I am getting better every day, I am luckly, I have a great job (Lockheed Martin) for 37 1/2 have years. I am also luckly as brian cancer doesn't hurt, if fact, if it wasn't for other factors a person would never know they have it.

Enjoy your new mount, this 4-day weekend would be a great time to install it.

mike
