I have ordered you catalog 3 times via internet and never recieved one. Is there an issue that I am unaware of? It makes me leery to order parts.

Service is good at VBP I have bought springs and other stuff there. You will have no problem with VBP service.

I got the catalog quickly first try. And they respond to emails very very quickly, too! I just wish they'd update the website to show what'll fit a C6! :-)

I am really sorry you haven't received your catalog after three requests. My guess is your postman must have a Corvette .

If you email me directly, pattie@vbandp.com, I will be sure to send one to you via first class mail in a white envelope. No one will know what is inside and I am sure you will get it. This happens from time to time.

If you request the catalog via our website, we send the catalogs out via bulk mail and it can take two to four weeks. We wait until we have 200 and then the post office takes up to two weeks to deliver them.

If you need one right away, it is always best to call us toll free at 1-800-237-9991. All phone requests go via First Class Mail unless you tell us you can wait. We try to save whereever we can so we can offer the best prices around. But if you need something, we will do it asap.

Email your address and I will get out the catalog asap.

Thanks also from the other members for the kind words about our service. We are a small company and we all wear many hats, but it makes our jobs more exciting that way. We try our best.

I also wish yall would update the website.....After going thru 5-6 pages of swaybars I get bored and give up..Please catagorize or something!
I have lots of your parts on my car (when I was getting good deals thru a friend at Ecklers ) and would like to see more but with dialup I lose patience and give up...
