Must see video...Ferrari FXX in Italy
Just when you think a 427 C5 with 600RWHP is fast, you have to see this. This thing is FUBAR beyond all recognition. Watch how it loses traction in a strait line at high RPM. This was on full Michelin R compounds...

2950lbs, mid engine, 7 Liter twin turbo 750HP in BASE trim. They have one with 1000hp as well.

Yeah, that guy wasn't exactly Michael. I especially liked when he picked up the passenger's cellphone and gave it back to him to keep it from flying around the cabin. That car is amazing. The rear end just kept wanting to lead when he got on the power.

yeah - s7 cool also, but its styling doesn't do it for me. imho, it's between the fxx (2550lbs, 800hp) and koenigsegg ccx (2600lbs, 806hp) - well, back to reality!

Talk about someone with a million times more money than talent! I like how his solution to every slide of the rear of the car is to upshift. And he has never even heard the word SMOOTH.
Sad to say, but I can see that car and it's driver both dead within 6 months....
DaveZ.

I really don't think the guy is all that bad, I think the car is just that hard to control. 800hp at 2500lbs. I assume that could eat an ALMS car. If you notice the car is getting sideways after he is out of the turn.

Cool video but it does seem like the car is way too much for him to handle...
edit: actually the second time I watched it with the sound off it looks like the driver is doing pretty well.

He's either deliberately getting on the throttle too much too early just for the sake of his passenger or he just doesn't know what smooth is. If it's the latter, he clearly doesn't know how to SQUEEZE the throttle. He's just jamming it down but it does make for an exciting ride.

I think he's just getting it tail happy for fun. The guy passed a cell phone down the back straight...he sure seems comfortable with the car to me.

I have never seen someone operate a rear drive car like it has torque steer through the steering wheel..
It is also scary to me to see that person lose the wheel too.

I'm thinking it is a female driver. The hands seem delicate and small, forearms smooth, the right hand has a gold bracet and I think I saw that the fingernails were polished.
Just an observation, I not making the point that the driver is bad because she is female. As we all know females can be fantastic drivers. Regardless, if I were in the passengers seat I'd ask to be let out as soon as possible.
