Default Couple of videos of race shops...

I made this morning.

For those you who don't live in the area, we have large NASCAR and other race shops in the area and these are just a couple of them.

The first one is of Penske's racing headquarters in Mooresville, NC. It is huge. They bought a building that was a manufacturing plant and it had of 450,000 sq ft. Now they have put all their racing efforts into it:

Penske’s Palace

This one is Earnhardt's place. It is equally huge, but divided into a few big different buildings:

I tried the first one but QuickTime on my Mac couldn't play the mpeg video after I waited for it to get downloaded.

I converted the videos to .WMV so they may work for you now. They'll be grainer now, but that's the best I can do with .wmv.

Here's some photos I took when I was out this morning videoing the other places.

Here’s Penske’s wind tunnel:

Robert Yate’s Racing humble abode:

Here’s a place just down the street from Robert Yate’s Racing where a company has built a place that trains pit crews. In the 2nd photo you can see the faux pits where they practice and the balcony overlooking the pits where they video what’s going on.
