I signed up for all 3 days....but was wait listed. not the best year for getting on the track...car issues made me miss 3 weekends and now a 4th due to wait list!

Work related issues forced me to wait till the last minute to sign up for end-of-season of events and I'm not making the cuts. I guess that this is good news for the sport--more drivers are in the pipeline. This year, even the advanced groups are closing out earlier. It will be a long wait till March!

What's the scoop on VIR options early next year? I had planned a caravan down for this one, but as stated above it's postponed.

February seems like a good time instead.

That's the only ine I've seen so far. Tar Heel Sports Car Club has VIR a week or 2 before NASA, so it'd probably be mid Feb.

If you would like to go to VIR I can accompany your wife to Hawaii. I am harmless and completely trustworthy. Your wife will be treated as a lady. I just want to go to Hawaii I hate winter and snow. Or, better yet, if you think your car needs a workout at VIR and you must go to Hawaii...I would be willing to exercise the car. Kind of like a pet sitter.

Seriously though. Enjoyed meeting you at CMP and have a blast in the tropics. I am truly envious.

Geezz, Bob, what would I do without guys like you?? I drive my Z06 all winter provided there is no snow on the aground.

Hawaii is nice. We purchased a timeshare in Maui about 20 years ago and have never regretted it.

Look forward to playing with all you guys again in 2007.
