Frame(rocker) rails safe for jacking location??
I've seen people do it, but is it safe to use these rails as a jacking point,,say the middle of the car vs the ends nears the original jacking puck point?

use a piece of wood, at least 12" long, to distribute the load. Over time, you can crush the bottom of the frame rail upward, as the metal is very thin.

I've got the Elite Engineering frame rails that have the built in jacking pucks. I've used the puck locations to lift my car and swap tires/brakes several times with no ill effects. I assume it's safe to jack it with these frame rail protectors.
