I would think that you would be best to drive a 100 or so miles to the master himself,LG motorsports in Wylie.

you could try the shop at MSR-Houston. They only work on race cars and should be able to do it.

Don't know where to get it done in Texas. But, up here in the Northwest it costs between $150 and $200 depending on the time taken. Unless you're willing to make some serious modifications you won't get a perfect (by the book) balance. That said, the balance you will get will make a difference.
