Default Race Ramps New Product - Trailer Ramps

Hey Guys,

I've been wanting to show you these Ramps for a long time. These are our new Trailer Ramps and they are finally in production.. Got the Idea when I was trying to put a 03 Z06 into my friend's toy hauler. He had scabbed up some lumber, so I got a better Idea. I had these with me a SEMA and the response was great! Thought I'd post this to the auto crossers, first. Tell me what you think. Will have these on the website next week.

Ben B.

30 Lbs a set (15 Lbs a piece.). Still sharpening the pencil on the price, as we are making a few batches today and tomorrow. By tomorrow afternoon I'll know for sure.
Sharing everyday,

Ben B.

They are unique. We patented the process they are made. Seeing is truly believing.

Thanks for asking.

still missing what they are made of? Thanks!

Found it. How do automotive liquids affect them? Gas or oil etc? I see they are coated what if the coating is scratch or chipped?

Constructed with space shuttle foam technology, Race Ramps are made with one solid piece of high-density polystyrene and a hybrid polyurea coating. They are practically indestructible while also being extremely lightweight. A pair of 56 inch ramps can hold up to 2,400 pounds while weighing only 10 pounds per ramp, amazing considering their size! Specially made for use with wide tires and/or low ground clearance cars, the standard 56inch Race Ramps (with a 10.78 degree incline) will raise a car up eight inches and accommodate tires up to ten inches wide. The 67 inch Race Ramp XTs (with a 10.69 degree incline) will raise a car up ten inches and accommodate tires up to twelve inches wide.

Because of their unique construction, Race Ramp products will not slide across a garage floor, dig into an asphalt driveway, or scratch or otherwise damage a cement or painted floor. They can be used on grass, gravel, or almost any other flat surface, plus they will never rust. The larger products come complete with straps for easy carrying and storage.

After initially producing only Race Ramps, Brute Industries now also manufactures RollUps (can be used with Race Ramps to lift the opposite end of the car up 4.75 inches or as jack-assist ramps), FlatStoppers (keep tires from flat spotting during long periods of storage), and Show Ramps (a safe, easy way to raise a car 4.75 inches for display). Like other Race Ramp products, each of these are lightweight, durable, and handmade in the USA.

They can handle 99% of all solvents/fluids/chemicals. Just wipe them off with a rag..Gas, Grease, brake fluid, yes.. All auto fluids are not a problem.

Thanks for asking.

But Wood = $20 ?!

No offense intended to the vendor, and if people buy these ramps GREAT.

I guess if you already have a trailer and aren't counting the $100's in order to just do events it makes sense.

If you have drop'd a vette; you know that the $210 is a good start. It is space age material, like the kookmat products - so most of the R/D is good and FREE to use because our gov't developed it with tax dollars!!

I know a buddy of mine bought ($300+) quite an elaborate system that hooks to the trailer-door to get his low to the ground C6 Z06 in the trailer without issue.

My dove tailed trailer works fine, the air-dam rubs a little, but no worse than on the street and on/off the trailer I'm going about .5mph

make a ramp that size out of wood and see what it weighs Sadly when I go to a track I feel like I am in a lumber yard I had two gluelam beams that weighed a ton. I bought some 8' aluminum ramps for my tilt trailer. The splitter I have makes it hard. I still need 4' piece of wood I'll have to check the angle on these ramps to see if they will work for me.

That makes sense. I use wood for the garage, and I guess it can get tiresome lugging lumber

Whoa, If thats your car.., You'll need some XTenders for the Trailer Ramps..That C5 looks Low....Unless the front facia can be taken off easily..

Still working on ironing out detals..., soon though. Also, we are busy as heck! PRI is this week..
