Default Engine oil cooler

Where's the best place to install engine oil cooler on a C5? Looking at it, it seems the best place may be right in front of AC condenser. If so, can attach it up againest condenser, maybe with some rubber spacers, and then run tie wires thru it and around oil cooler?

My oil cooler is on the right, trans cooler on the left. ( Phoenix did my coolers.)

The Phoenix guys have a really nice, neat cooler that mounts in front of the radiator...and their kit has all the parts you need!!!!

If your car is dual use... both street and D E Events, many of us are using the heavy duty combination radiator/oil cooler from Doug Rippie.

Mine is in front of the radiator. Bought a DR model some time ago. The only thing I would say about it is tomake sure the braided line used doesn't abrade anything, or become abraded by anything. Mine was installed by ART, and they used old heater hose to wrap the places it touches other parts of the car. Top notch work.

Check out my install guide at this link (and don't laugh at my web-ignorance):
