Just got my Museum magazine today, and they said no decision was made at press time, but they strongly suggested the team will be in Europe or Asia. It is more like ALMS forced Corvette out with the constant tightening of the rule screws.

Ticks me off; I wanted to take the new C6 Vert up to Sebring from Miami, and park it in the Corvette Corral, and watch the C6R's chew some ASSton Martin butt.

I'm glad to see Corvette decide to race at Sebring and other ALMS sites in 2007. Problem is, against whom? With Aston not commiting yet and all the new rides in GT2, who takes on the C6Rs in GT1?

Had a great time there last year. If you don't already have a motel room, you will probably not find one close to the track. This year I would like to go to Mid-Ohio as it is closer to home, so won't be at Sebring.

I had to go to Lakeland to find a room...guess I will be leaving the room at 4:30am to be able to get to the track and into corral before the racing ends...

Things have sure changed since I used to go to Sebring. You didn't get a hotel room, you stayed at the track! You partied all weekend and hopefully could head home Sunday morning (or afternoon - depending).

You took the car, truck, or van and you set up camp. Build some scathfolding, dsing your own Tent City from blue tarps, and have a blast with a dozen of your closest friends, or with anyone who happened to be close.

If you had the bucks, or a camping relative, you arrived with a pickup truck camper and stayed "in style".
