Default Pulling steering rack for cam install... check/adjust gear lash? Any how-to? 69k

Pulling the rack for my pending cam install... I remember reading about adjusting the PS gear box lash or something. Remember that it's only doable w/ the rack out of the car and is quick/easy to do.

I figure it'd be good for a car w/ almost 70k to check it.

With lots of miles on car including much track time if you are taking the trouble to get the rack out, consider sending it to turn one for a rebuild

Not need that at all... just figured I'd at least check the lash while it's out... guess I'll see if it's in my service manual.
