I like the uphill shot with the pack behind Lou! Nice! Aston Martin picture is nice also with the wheel lifting. If you slide your cursor on the line where the moving dot is a small picture comes up of that location.

Lou, that was a great pictorial truibute to your year.

The year in review had some fantastic shots, too.

Why is it, racecars and race tracks make such great settings for photographs?

Any chance of getting a hold of a view of these images? I would like to print a couple for the garage.

Def some of the best racing photos I have ever seen. I can only hope that my work looks partially as good as his someday.

I don't know G-Man, that final image in the slide presentation still freaks me out.

As to John Thawley, he can be reached at jthawley@trackbytes.com
I am sure he would be happy to assist anyone looking for images. He is currently at Sebring for the Wheels Down test session.

For those interested, he has started a gallery from yesterday, with images to be added.

Wheels Down images

Take care,
Todd

Hey Todd,

I haven't been "freaked out" since the 70's but I must say that I have to look at my "Mug" every day so it didn't surprise me.

John Thawley does some great work. It was nice to see this work featuring our LG Corvette.

With Cadillac in the World Challenge series, the Corvette has become the "Rodney Dangerfield" of GM racing. But GM forgets that there are millions of Corvette fans that would rather see a Corvette win than a Cadillac (or a Pontiac in Grand Am).

Racing politics are not fun.

Thanks for the props. We race hard, and if the rules ever get right, we will win our share again.

I am heading for Daytona to race a Corvette in the Rolex 24.
See you at the races.

Thanks
Lou Gigliotti LGM

Thanks for sharing those, they were fantastic

And as for the politics, we would all rather see a Corvette up there, GM needs to remember it's more than just a halo car, so by all means give it ALL the support it deserves
