Innneresting results. Looks like it's a major web campaign popularity contest. Notice that Mr. Hyde (MR2) has next to no road course experience?

Looks like the Vette will dominate!

Are the ones I know about. They can all use your votes!

If you can manage to stay in the top 20 you mostly run up and down that page.

Thanks for all of the votes from everybody and all of the kind comments in the guestbook.

Hopefully we all can live up to everyones expectations. I believe there is still 3 months remaining in the voting period. I am sure GRM is more than capable of sorting out all of the "poser" rides out there. There is some wicked equipment for sure from all makes. Including a GTM kit car with an LS7... a very interesting assortment of cars will be there I am sure. Hopefully the majority of us make it in.

"retched excess" was/is needed, I'm classed with McClarens, Lolas, CanAm cars, winged tube frame IMSA cars, etc. I am expecting to see some heavier competion jumping in late. I think I have a codriver lined up.
Thank you for your support

We will be there no matter what the selection process - it will be better if Jake makes it in . It will be a great time by all who do get in and I do expect to see several of "us" to make the cut.

I and the "original" driver, both too damn old for this stuff, have had it on the track a number of times at MidOhio and Nelsons last year. So we are relatively "sorted". It handles and holds the track very well. I don't know if I will ever adapt to the speed/power capabilities. The problem becomes that edge, when it goes it's gone and your going real damn fast. I had 2 minor accidents last year damaging some of the body work, both could have been much worse.
If I get a deal on my driver I'll let you know.

Maybe a little...........only on the way out

Drifters like to do it on the way in.....middle and out... I have done this before but its only fast on the way out...........

Drifters never get hit in the tail with BIG acceleration...they are always "unhooked". I like to have forward bite myself. and a little slip angle.
