Wheels and tires ??
I have searched and searched, I know I've seen the answer to these questions, but now I can not find them again. I have an 07 Z51 MN6 if I went with 17" wheels all around, what in a good choice
Did I read C4 ZR1 wheels somewhere? If I use the same diameter tires all around I assume it will mess up the AH, so the only alt would be to shut it off. How about pressure sensors, will the ZR1 wheels accept those? I've read the later C6's really freak out without the TPS's (more than just DIC warnings) One could use 17's and 18's (C5 wheels) to maintain the 1" front to back difference, if AH is desired? Thanks

You might consider C5Z wheels in 18x10.5". You can use these at all four corners. I'm looking at the SSR Comp-H wheels (19.8 lbs @ $339/each) in that size with 275/35-18 Kumho MX (or Michelin PS2) on the front and 295/35-18 Kumho MX (or Michelin PS2) at the rear. The SSRs can be purchased from tirerack.com.

Thanks Silverton, I'll check those out. Will those tire sizes fit inside the fenders on a reg C6 body using the C5Z wheels. Any idea what the offset on those wheels is?

Does anyone know what are the widest tires that can be used WITHOUT RUBBING on the C5Z wheels (18x10.5 w/62mm offset) at the front and the rear of a C6? I know that folks are using 305/35-18s all around, but those tires will rub if used on the street.
