Default My new rear brakes

I now am running the Wilwood SL4R with the thermlock pistons and H pads. The mounts are modified Wilwood but they will be Hardbar in the future. They use a 20mm thick pad, and saved another 2.2 pounds (each) over the "boat anchor" junk OE calipers. I will also be making my own aluminum hat rear rotors soon as well. The pedal is like a spot of paint on a rock. I am now totally "PBR" free!

Does anyone offer the Wilwood SL4 at the front for a C6 Z51? I'd like to replace the front PBR calibers, but I don't need the extra weight of the 6-piston calipers.

You could run the SL4R, but the SL6R make more sense on the front. The 6 piston doesn't not weigh significantly more than the 4 piston. It is a matter of balancing the piston area, therefore, force. The SL4R is a very good rear caliper for that reason. The Thermlock piston design is as good a thermal insulator to be found anywhere.

Will the SL6 clear C5Z 18x10.5 wheels (62mm offset)? Also, were is a good place to buy SL6/SL4r Wilwoods?

You can get them from us, and you need about 2.8 inches of clearance from face of rotor to inside of the wheel spokes.
