How often to change out trans & diff fluid
Wondering how often I should change out my transmission and diff fluid. Right now, I swap it out after three track days. Car is a C5 coupe with 400hp and no trans/diff cooler. I run Amsoil synthetic. It would be nice to know how often the guys at Spring Mountain change out theirs.

I tested my oil at 1500 with all hard high RPM track miles. I was told I could go 2500. Now I have coolers and my car may run cooler than your car but I can say the DIC was in line with the oil testing results of my 10W/30 Mobil 1. Even if you go 70% of the DIC it should be great. I would say you other oils should last 2X as long as the engine at the very minimum.
