Default Falken Azenis RT-615

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone has anything to say about the Falken Azenis RT-615's. I am in the market for a tire that will be good for HPDE's on the track, and on the street to and from the track. I plan on mounting 275/35/18's on the front Fiske FM-5 18x9.5, and 315/30/18's on the rear Fiske FM-5. I know they are not Hoosiers, but was wondering if anyone has run these yet, I know they are relatively new.

Thanks!

I used them for DE in a BMW M3. In 265/35-18 they were only around $150 each, which I thought was a good deal. They have good stiff sidewalls and are very sticky for a non R-Comp tire. Before I sold the car, I had about 3,000 street miles on them, and two DE weekends. Without much more street use, I believe they would have gone at least two more track weekends. I don't know how much they cost in your sizes, but at $150, I don't know of a better deal.

I have a buddy who runs them on his M3 and he really like them also. Don't know if that helps. They are a pretty good bargin in thoses sizes when compared to others but still pretty expensive.
I am trying to get scrubs at $70.00ea. or so and see how they will work. There really isn't any cheap way to go about this addiction anyway.

I have not driven mine on HPDE, but have for autocrosses. Last year at the Grissom warm up I was alternating between my KD;s and 615"s. The Azenis were about 1/2 sec faster.
