Putnam Park track day 3/25/07
Predator Motorsport (www.predatormotorsport.com) is hosting its annual track day Sunday March 25 (A mere 2 weeks from now). Cost $300. There are only 2 uncrowded run groups (fast/slow) so you will get all the track time you can handle. The afternoon is always an open track (run as long as you want, whenever you want). Traditionally a nice contingent of Vettes attend. The weather is warming up so shake off the cobwebs and spend some quality time with your car! See their website for details and to register.

I would like to go, but am nervous to send in check without hearing back from them. It has only been a few days since I called, but no response yet. I checked there website, but it is not very current. Sent e-mail, we'll see.

I talked to Kumar the organizer last night, as I haven't registered yet (waiting to get my motor installed). He told me last night to have everyone send their entries in immediately......he still has some openings. If you have any questions and cannot get anyone from Predator to call you back (he has a family health crisis going on right now) PM me and I will help.........

Weather Channel says sunny, low 70's for Sunday. There are still plenty of spots left. Register now and bring the $300 entry fee with you to the track in cash.

It was 'Vette heaven. One supercharged Vette was hitting around 150mph at the end of the straight. Raftracer probably closer to 135. Apparently they plan to do it again 7/1/07. Stay tuned.

Hey Gang: The March event was a big success (many Corvettes), so Predator is doing it again-this time July 1, 2007. Cost $300. Only 14 drivers are signed up at the moment so there will be even more track time than usual. Go to their website-mentioned in the original post-to sign up.
