Don Cambpell ran it in 02, before that, I think it was one of the Grand Sport Speedway cars (run by Bobby Sak and others). Looks like Dipippo did lots of upgrades.

I think Tom Oates must have helped crew this car in 04 (?), as the engine looks the same. Probably a pretty nice car, especially if the body has been upgraded to full Carbon.

It is Phil Dipippo's car now I think he only ran a couple of races with the car, Road Atlanta and Sebring, maybe a few more. Nice guy, runs mostly Group 6 in vintage with a 68 coupe. Pretty fast! He copied me on an email blast he sent out this morning. This is the second time he has tried to sell it. Nice car and one of the original GM kits.

Is Phil the same guy (Knucklehead Racing ???) that was in the Dream Car Garage show about P. Klutt's "vintage" AP car ???

Anyone out there have an idea what Phil's Corvette is worth ???

The C5R is a great looking piece, would be a SUPERB TD car and might just do well as an SCCA SPO car ???

I'd appreciate any info - THANKS !!!

Yes, he and his old partner in "knucklehead Racing" were on the show. As a side note, Klutt's car is one of the reasons why Phil is no longer vintage racing. Although, most of the changes that Klutt was asked to perform to his car have been done, but we will see.

Also, the other guy shown during the show, Phil's old partner, shipped his car to Klutt to "restore". See how that show works!!!!!!!
