C6r quickest in practise
Jan Magnussen topped the chart in GT1 with a 1:57.466 in one of Corvette Racing’s Corvette C6.Rs The Dane, teaming with Ron Fellows and Johnny O’Connell, was 0.103 seconds ahead of the sister car of Olivier Beretta, Oliver Gavin and Max Papis. They were followed by Team Modena’s Aston Martin DBR9 at 1:59.820.

I have once heard that folks who do HPDE actually get more track time in a given year than a typical professional driver.

It appears there is only one Aston Martin at this years race and its not the same one run by the prodrive prepped cars of years past. i believe Team Modena has competed in FIA-GT before. I thought last years team was supposed to be back this year, but it would be weird to miss Sebring.
