Solo2 rules question: hiem joints bump me SM2?

In reading section 15.8.C of the rules, if I replace the rear stock dogbones with Coleman links with hiem joints, this bumps me from BSP to SM2 correct?

Now I'm REALLY gonna have to change my screen name!

yup, but then you are ready for the new stroker or lsx engine!
