change front bearings in a C4? I am actually dismounting it to install a spindle duct and will then reassemble with the same bearing.

No.

Please take/post pics of your spindle duct setup. I want to do that with mine. I have a few ideas based on what others have done, but the more the merrier

Yes you can if the wheel bearings you are replacing were worn out when you set your alignment. It would be a good idea to get it aligned again.

That's a good point. Having said that, a shop (or DIY'er) would typically check for bad bearing (and other components) prior to the alignment such that the alignment is performed with good parts. Installing new bearings gets you back to where you were Other than wear, there's no other reason the alignment would change since tie rods, etc are untouched when changing the front hubs on the C4.
