Default Video from Autox

This is from my 12th run ever in the Z06 (but I've been autocrossing for about seven years) and the 5th run on race tires for this car. I had FTD in the bag already on my second run and this was my fastest but I had a mystery cone call...

Small lot, very tight so I'm very glad the Z06 showed well. 3rd overall in PAX thanks to the cone. I'm playing with the new camera mount so as I post through out the season the position will change. Feel free to comment, I have MaxQdata from the run as well.

Nice run!
Reminds me of the courses I used to run in Detroit.

Where's the camera mounted?

Camera is mounted here:

Sadly, that is not the smallest lot we run on. Fortunately this coming weekend is on a big lot (13 acres). Should be a lot more fun.

Yes... Peak speed on the MaxQ was something like 46.5mph on one run, more around 45.9-46.1.

I think I know which possible cones you hit. Either the one between the 22 and 23 second mark or the one at the 34 second mark. Both on the driver side. I remember when going from my c4 to the Z06 I was always hitting cones on initial turn in with the Z06. It turns in so fast compared to the C4 that it took a while to get the hang of.

OH! and how many times did you double back on the course? That was crazy to follow.

Yeah those would be the suspect cones. I'll never know at this point. I do now know if I want to leave the camera there I need to put on a wide angle lens adapter. Anyone know of a good cheap one? I have a MiniDV by JVC (GR-D270U).

I overlapped one section twice. Courses are always more confusing when you see them by video.
