Default Will the "fatman" 17" Kirkey seats fit in a C5?

A local buddy has a set of 17" Kirkey's (unsure of what kind) in his 1000 hp single turbo C4... I sat in them this weekend and fit perfeclty. I'm 6'4" 250.

Now that I will be trailering the car to the track it's time for a real seat. I know Ryan (oyishdog) just got one.

It seems like the Kirkey Roadrace delux is the seat of choice? Any advice/direction would be great.

I plan on this and a harbar seat mount for the track.

Probably should fit. I've got an Ultrashield seat which look nearly identical to Kirkey. Mine is a 16" seat. The left shoulder wrap will come pretty close to the door. If you have wide shoulders that could be an issue.

Does your buddy want to sell the second seat? I need the same size. If he does, can you send me some pictures and how much does he want for it?

Thanks Brian

Nobody's selling anything... I got to sit in them and love them.

B - the deluxe is awesome...it is even more comfortably then the stock seats. I cant remember but I have the 16 or 17 incher...I had plenty of room - I am actually going to bend the seat a little around the shoulders and mid section.

now...just need the track car finished to put the seat in!

Phoenix has it...full t1 cage, interior taken out, ac removal, t1 suspension, t1 straight exhaust, and tuned.

Too bad I sold that combo oil cooler to your dad! I will throw on a stand alone unit from DRM when I get the car.

I've got a 17" Kirkey and Hardbar mounts. I'm 6'3". I had to cut the rails to get the seat low enough, and drill a new hole or two to get the position right, but the seat fits. It's a little off center, and needs to be slightly left of where it is, but it's nothing I can't drive from.
