Default Converting inches to Camber in Decimals.

Does these number look right? 17" wheel.

Measured Wheel Dia Camber in Decimal Degrees
1/4 17 0.843
3/8 17 1.264
1/2 17 1.685
9/16 17 1.896
5/8 17 2.106
11/16 17 2.317
3/4 17 2.528
13/16 17 2.738
7/8 17 2.949

yep, angle =inv sin ((1/4)/17)=.84

1/3" is roughly 1 degree, and that is what I use. 1"=3deg, easy to remember

I didn't realize I had that much neg. camber. Front 13/16" = 2.7 neg. Rear 1/2" = 1.6 neg.

I do my own alignment with a level and tape measure. Never knew the actual numbers.

bet the cars sticks like it is on rails!!!!!!!!! Too much for street use, if you want the tires to be happy, but perfect for the track.

I'm going to a Porsche autocross this Sunday. About 90 Porsche's. You get something like 9 practice laps and 3 race laps.

I think your right about sticking on rails and going slow. My car always feels like I'm on ice.
