Hate to say it, but looking at what has happened in the wake of such dominance, it may have been worth throwing a bone to the competition on occassion to keep them around, if it might have helped.

Said they were using today for 'televised testing'
3 different compounds of tires.
Same compound for each driver at a time.
Kinda wished they would mix it up though.
