What can be done to bypass the internal bias valve in the OEM master cylinder so I can use an external proportinal valve for the rear brakes? Or is the only answer an aftermarket master cylinder?

What year do you have?

I forget the cutoff year, others will know, but the later c5s are not proportioned in the master, they are electronically proportioned.

For the earlier years, I believe DRM sold a bias spring.

DRM also has a master with a proportioning valve built-in.

It's a '94 I'm building for the track. Hoping there is a less expensive method than replacing the master cylinder. Just put a new one on it last year.
