The left rear looks like all the studs sheared off. Typically this is caused by overtorquing the lugnuts.
Probably should get a Vette for his next car.

actually, the guy had mismatched lugnuts. he had just bought new ones, and apparently they were slightly larger than his studs. they said it felt normal when torquing, but with any sort of lateral force they just sheered off.
