Default blowing a tire - active handling

let's say you blow out a tire, on track, off track, doesn't matter.
complete failure.
will the active handling help keep the car in control ???
or it is dependant on 4 properly inflated tires?

AH might help, and will certainly try. Will it keep a car on the track? No one can answer that question. Speed? Which tire? Car dynamics at the time of the blowout. Lots of variables.

The car must still operate within the laws of physics. I've had AH correct my car, usually when I was not paying attention. It can do a lot, but there are limits.

Let's hope none of us has to test this.
