For me it depends on the event. I'm a member of an sports car club that does primarily autocross events and if I register on-line I get a discount. Non-members pay $35, Members pay $30 if they don't pre-register, and members who pre-register pay $25.

The Corvette clubs I belong to host Corvette-only autocross events and the usual entry fee is $35.

Most events around here try to get at least 5 runs for the day and some events will allow "fun runs" for a buck a run after the timed runs. No time, no course workers to reset cones.

$25 for an So. Cal CSCC (SCCA) event that includes 3 timed runs on a 50-75 second course. No fun runs.. Too many dang people at these events. Events vary by run group of being morning or afternoon sessions as the event is split 1/2 the day. I used to go and be competative, but driving an hour and a half each way for a minute and a half of seat time just was killing me!

$60-80 for all day first come first serve registration practice events.

No NCCC where I am at.

Our region is 25.00 if your a SCCA member, 30.00 if not. Students and Military get a 5.00 discount. We usually get 6 to 8 runs. It has been 8 at our last 3 events. The local NCCC chapter I did was something like 75.00 to enter for a two day event and got 14 runs per day.

Lots of clubs run at Ft. Devens in Ayer, MA. Most charge $50-55 and you get eight runs on a 1.6 mile course.

In most of our events it is.

$10 for club members for the day (no matter numbers of auto-x's)
$20 for non members (double auto-x, no less than 6 runs)
$25 for non members (triple auto-x, about 8-9 runs)
$20 Charity events for everyone (double auto-x)

I always try and keep the price as reasonable as possible.

With our local NCCC group we usually have 7 events per day with two runs per event, 14 runs for the day total. Usually between 50 and 70 seconds per run.

Cost is typically 35.00 to 40.00 per day.

Local BMW club I run with mostly is $25 for members, $35 for non-members (you have to join BMW National after your first event, $40 / year). Minimum 8 runs per event, plus fun runs if time and energy permit.

Local PCA club Time Trials are $35 for non-members (you have to own a Porsche to join), 8-10 timed laps per event.

S2000 group costs $25 for non-members, $20 for members per event, 6-8 laps per event.

Local NCCC club: $20 per "event", 2 laps per event, no fun runs, can't run anything but a Vette (OK for me, but not for my son). Usually run over a two day period.

HTH, and have a good one,
Mike

Blue Ridge Region SCCA (Western/SW/Central Virginia) gives 4 runs (45-70 sec) for:
Pre-registered:
Member (SCCA, college car clubs, other national car clubs) - $25
Non-member - $30
Not pre-registered:
Member - $30
Non-member - $35
Fun runs (if they happen, it's pretty rare) are $1 each, divide into 2 groups, one runs while the other works.

We always allow other cars at our autocrosses. We put them all in an "open" class where they still get their times posted, just no NCCC competition points. Brings more cars and money so it keeps costs down.

Every other group around here does the same. The NCCC group around here has this elitist attitude that makes me want to .

In any case, I've got enough friendly groups around here to run with!

Have a good one,
Mike

You guys get alot of runs for your money. We get 4 for $25 if your are a SCCA member. They are wanting to raise it again and that was the reason for asking.

Not with SCCA! $40 and you're lucky to get 4 runs! Many of the non-SCCA clubs do what you mention though.

I also run with a sports car club in Maine that usually runs $20-$25 for 5 or 6 runs.

We pay $30 for non member autocrosses most events around seattle, and you usually get 4 runs. Depending on where you go they are as short as 40 seconds.
