alignment question, inside of front tires wearing too fast

Since it is a recent alignment, the camber is probably ok. It won't affect it that quick. It has to be too much toe out. It probably turns in real quick? that would be a confirming test. Normally the toe should be either 0 or 1/16th toe out.

Negative camber and toe out will take the insides down in no time at all. Great turn-in, but at a price.
With negative camber, the insides are alway going to wear a little bit more. If you are not tracking the car, I would shoot for about 1 degree negative and zero toe. Decent handling for the street.

That's normal wear for the factory specs...know quite a few people who were surprised to see a half inch of cord. As was said, toe is the tire killer - camber hurts it too, but not nearly as much.

I run -2.2deg camber in the front of the Z06, and while the insides of the street tires did wear out first, the track use balanced it out. In other words, the tires lasted a lot longer overall than they would have with stock alignment.
Anyway, we need more data. How much camber/toe, and is this street or track usage??
