Why Is The Mn6 Trans Better Than The Mn12 Trans For Road Racing ? What Would The Ideal Rear Diff Ratio Be ? I Have A
402 Stroked Ls2 Motor With A Heads And Cam Package In A C6.

IIRC most ppl use the MN6 and 3.42s. Even the T1 cars that come with the MN12, they switch to the MN6 for the better 2-3 gear combo

If you know what tire size and RPM's you want to run this is a very useful site.

You will have to find the gears for the M6 and the M12 which you can find here.

This way you can compair the M6 with any rear gear to a M12 with any rear gear.

Most common set-up I've heard of is the M6 matted with a 3.90 gear, if you compair that to the M12 gear with a standard 3.42 they come out pretty close.
