I still pay attention....even though I have been racing the later-model little character stuff.......
I think I'll bust out the 'ole LT-1 car this weekend and terrorize the streets.......
Thanks for the reminder..........Since the car is stored over at dad's , I dont see it anywhere enough.

I've got a '69 BB and an '84 Z51 turbo. They're both fun rides around a course or track, but controlling the '69 at speed takes a lot more attention, and talent, I believe. While I enjoy the '84 a bunch, it can't match the '69 for pure driving fun (and sheer terror at times ).

I'm always working to improve my '78. I hope to get it back on the track soon, it's been a few months. Clutchdust used to run a C3 quite a bit but I think he stopped this last year. Turttlevet also runs one but he only hangs out in the C3 section or on other forums.

Although it isn't a C3 we have a fellow who runs a modified 66 power glide convertible. He has been running this same car since the mid 70s. He is still competitive for Overall FTD in any event he enters. Depending on course setup he even contends quite well against the Formula cars for FTD.
