Pratt & Miller has a drop in setup made by ATL. I think it's around $6000 by the time you get the plumbing and pumps. ATL did it specifically for Pratt & Miller, and you can't buy it direct me thinks.
You can always put a standard T shaped cell behind the rear axle, like the early C5 World Challeng cars did. Gives you you swing weight that will change the weight bias significantly as you burn off fuel, but it's much cheaper. Wheel-To-Wheel has a C5 setup that should easily work in a C6.
btw, sounds like you must be going to race in Europe or something, but everyone here allows stock tanks in cars where the tanks side inside the perimeter of the frame rails.

I don't think fuel safe has anything for the C6 yet -- they had C5 bladders, which were part of the PM setup for C5 IIRC . . . unfortunately on their own, they didn't pass muster for tech.
If you're looking for saddle tanks, I think you have limited options right now.

didn't think of Callaway, I just assumed they used the stock tanks. The GT3 series is a showroom-stock type series, but if the FIA requires bladdered tanks, then I guess they must have changed them.

Pratt and Miller are the only guys that have a saddle style fuel cell. Very trick but a ton of $$$. They fit the C6 chassis just fine, but lots of metal fab and plumbing to make it all work.
