997 GT3 RS At Barbers Dec. 1/07
Heres a few laps in a new (4000mi.) GT3 RS. I am a corvette guy but I must say it was fun driving this car. Enjoy,David.http://www.jerryneal.com/porsche/997..._ALSCCA-2a.wmv

Looks like fun. I respect the GT3 RS and enjoy running with them on the track whenever I get the opportunity - just couldn't see me buying one over a Corvette.

Nice video.
When I win the lottery, I want to buy one of those cars.
What's the difference between the regular GT3 and the GT3 RS?

Thanks, and it also helps to have about 20000mi around the track. I do every track day at Barbers and instruct with all the car clubs that come to Barbers and it helps to live about 10 minutes from the track. P.S. The white Pcar I caught was also a GT3 RS.

Fun times!!! I love the sound of the wailing engine. How does the car feel in the corners? I noticed that you seem to do a lot of corrections in the corners as I see in a lot of racecar drivers in Porsches. I'm sure the car feels stable and predictable. Is it because you are right at the limit of tire adhesion or a little above?
How does the handling feel compared to the vettes you have driven?

Great Video!
I have only been once, but it was a lot fun and I plan on going many more times. I wish I could have made that event. I will definitely keep an eye out for it next year.
I am also curious on the corrections you had to make with the wheel. I saw another video of a porsche race car having to do the same. Any feedback on that? Also what tires did you have? You were flying around the track.
